Our Approach

How we work with families

Every family's situation is different — in its details, in its emotional weight, and in what kind of support will actually help. Our approach begins by recognising that, and building from it. We do not fit families into pre-prepared processes; we shape our service around what they actually need.

The three services we offer are structured to be sequential if needed, but they can also be used independently. A Family Guidance Meeting is valuable on its own as a way to understand a situation clearly. Agreement & Mediation Support is available whether or not a Guidance Meeting has taken place first. And Full Family Matter Support is offered when a matter requires it — not as the default starting point.

Family Guidance Meeting
Service 01

Family Guidance Meeting

A warm, private meeting to talk through your family situation and understand your options with care. We listen without judgement, explain the relevant considerations in plain language, and help you see the paths available at your own pace. A gentle first step for anyone seeking clarity and a compassionate ear before deciding how to move forward.

What this service includes

  • 60–90 minute private consultation with a senior adviser
  • Plain-language summary of your legal position under Thai law
  • Overview of paths available and what each involves
  • Written follow-up notes from the meeting
  • Available in English and Thai

How the meeting unfolds

  1. 1

You arrive and are welcomed into a private, quiet room. You share your situation in your own words — there is no formal agenda to follow.

  2. 2

Your adviser asks some clarifying questions to understand your situation fully before offering any perspective.

  3. 3

We explain the relevant legal context — what Thai law provides for in your situation, and what that means practically.

  4. 4

We discuss the options available, answer your questions, and help you think about what feels most appropriate for your situation.

Agreement and Mediation Support
Service 02

Agreement & Mediation Support

Considerate help working toward fair, workable arrangements on family matters such as parenting plans and shared responsibilities. We support constructive conversation, prepare clear documents, and keep the focus on outcomes that respect everyone involved. Well suited to families who would prefer a calm, cooperative route. We move thoughtfully and keep you informed throughout.

What this service includes

  • Initial assessment of the matters to be resolved
  • Facilitated conversation sessions (individual and/or joint)
  • Preparation of draft agreement documents
  • Review and refinement until all parties are satisfied
  • Final documentation suitable for submission or personal record

How the process unfolds

  1. 1

Initial consultation to understand the scope of the matters to be discussed and the preferred approach.

  2. 2

Structured sessions — either with both parties together, or separately — to explore areas of agreement and navigate points of difference.

  3. 3

Draft agreement prepared, shared for review, and revised until it reflects what has been agreed.

  4. 4

Final document completed. We advise on next steps, which may include making the agreement legally binding if desired.

Full Family Matter Support
Service 03

Full Family Matter Support

Comprehensive, sensitive support for family matters that need formal handling or representation. We advise you throughout with care, prepare the necessary documents, and represent your interests calmly and respectfully. Recommended for more involved matters where steady, experienced guidance offers real reassurance. Every stage is explained so you always understand where things stand.

What this service includes

  • Full advisory support throughout the matter
  • Preparation and filing of all required documents
  • Representation at hearings and proceedings
  • Regular, plain-language updates at every stage
  • Post-matter guidance on next steps or future considerations

How the process unfolds

  1. 1

Detailed initial consultation to understand the full scope of the matter and set out a clear plan for how we will proceed.

  2. 2

Document preparation begins. We keep you informed of what is being prepared and why before anything is submitted.

  3. 3

Attendance at all relevant proceedings with representation prepared for your interests throughout.

  4. 4

Conclusion of the matter and a final debrief explaining the outcome, what it means, and any steps that follow.

Standards

How we uphold the quality of every service

Privacy & Data Protection

Client information is handled strictly within the practice. We maintain clear internal data protocols and do not use automated processing tools for client data.

Quality of Advice

All advice is reviewed internally before being shared with clients. We do not offer speculative positions — only clear explanations of what the law actually provides for.

Responsive Support

We respond to client messages the same working day. You will always have a direct line to your adviser and a named contact for any administrative matter.

Licensed Professional Practice

All advisers hold valid licences under the Lawyers Council of Thailand and practise within the ethical standards set by that body.

Transparent Engagement Terms

Before any service begins, we share a written summary of the scope, the price, and any additional costs that may arise. Nothing proceeds without your clear agreement.

Continuing Professional Learning

Our advisers participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with Thai family law developments, mediation practice, and client support standards.

Pricing

Clear prices, nothing hidden

Each service has a fixed fee. Any additional third-party costs — such as court filing fees — are explained before they arise.
