Cookie Policy

Last Updated: 14 June 2025

Like most websites, Kularb uses cookies — small text files stored on your device — to help our site work properly and to understand how people use it. This page explains what cookies we use, why we use them, and how you can manage your preferences.

If you have any questions, please contact us at [email protected].

1. What are cookies?

A cookie is a small file that a website saves to your browser when you visit. Cookies help websites remember information about your visit — such as your language preference or whether you have already accepted a cookie notice — so you do not have to re-enter it each time.

Cookies cannot run programs or carry viruses. They are simply small pieces of data that make websites function more smoothly and helpfully.

2. Cookies we use

Essential cookies

Always active — cannot be disabled

These cookies are necessary for the website to function. They manage things such as your cookie preference choices and basic site security. Without them, parts of our website would not work.

Examples: cookie consent record, session security token

Analytics cookies

Optional

These cookies help us understand how visitors use our website — which pages are visited most, how long people spend on each page, and whether any errors occur. This information helps us improve the experience for everyone.

Examples: Google Analytics (_ga, _gid) — data is aggregated and anonymised

Marketing cookies

Optional

These cookies may be used to show you relevant information about our services on other websites you visit. They help us understand whether outreach has reached the right people.

Examples: Google Ads, Meta Pixel

Preference cookies

Optional

These cookies remember choices you have made — such as language or region — so you do not have to re-select them on future visits.

Examples: language preference, region setting

3. Third-party cookies

Some cookies on our website are placed by third-party services we use. These third parties have their own privacy policies and we do not control their cookies directly. The third-party services we may use include:

  • Google Analytics — website usage statistics (see Google Privacy Policy)
  • Google Maps — map display on our contact page
  • Google Ads / Meta Pixel — may be used for relevant outreach (only if marketing cookies are accepted)

4. Cookie duration

  • Session cookies — these are temporary cookies that exist only while your browser is open. They are deleted automatically when you close your browser.
  • Persistent cookies — these remain on your device for a set period. Our cookie consent preference is stored for up to 12 months. Analytics cookies may be stored for up to 26 months, depending on the service.

5. Your cookie preferences

You can update your cookie preferences here at any time. Essential cookies cannot be disabled as they are needed for the website to function.
